Deep understanding of Salesforce security models especially around the shift toward leveraging permission sets instead of profiles for user authorization. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality and the ability to articulate and enforce them. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.org and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes user adoption. Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
