Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Associate role located in Varanasi. The Field Associate will be responsible for conducting field visits to manage relationships with customers, facilitating the formation and functioning of Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), and assisting in the disbursement and collection of micro-loans. Duties also include maintaining customer records, providing financial support and education, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures to promote responsible borrowing and lending practices.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in fieldwork, client engagement, and conducting financial transactions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
• Organizational and record-keeping abilities, with attention to detail
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with microfinance and community-based financial practices is a plus
• Ability to work independently and travel within assigned areas
• High school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree is advantageous
