Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with households and facilitate workshops, group discussions, and community events.
Conduct interviews, field visits, surveys, assessments, and community observations, and analyze data to identify patterns in livelihoods, wellbeing, and system-level barriers.
Document stories of change while maintaining dignity and consent, and organize data digitally using AI-assisted tools for transcription, analysis, and structuring insights.
Present findings in clean, easy-to-understand formats, such as presentations and briefs, and support early interventions, including education and digital literacy programs.
Recruit and mentor community volunteers when required and facilitate reflection spaces for peer leaders.
Liaise with NGOs, research think tanks, institutes, and government programs to strengthen existing support systems and identify gaps.
