The CSR Partnerships Head will play a pivotal role in securing and managing partnerships with High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate entities. This individual will work closely with the Program Head and other team members to identify, engage, and onboard corporate partners who align with Deshpande Skilling s mission. The role requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of CSR frameworks, and the ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Strategic Fundraising & Donor Development: CSR Partnership Development: Networking and Advocacy: Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance CSR Insights & Trends: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the NGO s mission and programmatic priorities. Identify, engage, and secure grants/CSR funding from Indian corporates, philanthropic foundations and HNIs of Rs.15 Cr. annually. Build a donor pipeline and proactively seek multi-year funding partnerships. Cultivate strong relationships with CSR heads, foundation officers, donor representatives, and other stakeholders. Ensure regular communication with donors through donor engagement activities. Maintain high standards of donor servicing and engagement to encourage long-term commitment. Represent Deshpande Skilling at CSR forums, conferences, and networking events to build visibility and attract potential partners. Advocate forDeshpande Skilling s mission and programs among corporate stakeholders. Oversee the preparation of high-quality donor reports (narrative and financial), ensuring compliance with grant conditions and timelines. Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and CSR policy regulations. Stay updated on CSR and fundraising trends, donor behavior, and sector shifts to inform strategy. Leverage data, case studies, and impact assessments to strengthen the NGO s value proposition. Monitor competitor and peer organization strategies to identify new opportunities and innovations. Key Competency and Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, policies, and trends. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Passion for social impact and rural development We expect the candidate to be willing to travel as required.

Trainer of Trainers - Deshpande Skilling Hubli 2 - 7 years INR 4.0 - 9.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Trainer of Trainers plays a crucial role in effectiveness of training and aid in the professional development of trainers on ground by designing the training modules, certifying trainers, conducting regular refresher courses and giving timely feedback and mentoring. The duties include working closely with other executives, department heads and ground team to analyse areas for trainer improvement, developing refresher courses and workshops for new and existing employees. Travel may be required 20-30% of the time. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Recruiting new trainers and certifying them Training SkillPlus trainers across all divisions the program is functional in Implementing regular feedback mechanism to measure if the learning outcomes meet the training objectives Designing training modules, conducting workshops, and supervising the master trainers Analysing the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes, if needed Visiting the colleges regularly to seek feedback from the ground Maintaining proper training documentation Establishing methods of trainer performance review and providing regular feedback to trainers Assisting in developing the SkillPlus modules for students Coordinating with academics and placement team, and other departments Identifying training needs and organising workshops to bridge the gap Following all organisational policies/ procedures Key Competency and Skills: Collaborative skills and ability to work in teams Ability to build and maintain relationships with the ground team including trainers, cluster heads and division heads Strong training and mentoring experience Project management and planning skills Critical and innovative thinking Comfortable working with LMS platforms Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Canva Periodic upskilling to be updated on the technical knowledge
