Digital Marketing Lead

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven marketing professional to plan, create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media and online platforms. You will own end-to-end ad developmentfrom audience research and creative briefs to launch, performance monitoring and continual improvement. The lead digital marketing is a key role and is pivotal in bringing better and more efficient ways of enhancing student mobilization and placement processes by leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Research target audiences, market trends and competitive activity

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, engagement, etc.)

Creative Development

• Write compelling ad copy, select/design visuals or coordinate with designers

• Develop A/B test hypotheses for creative formats, messaging and calls-to-action

Media Buying & Optimization

• Set up and launch ads on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

• Monitor performance daily; re-allocate budgets, tweak bidding strategies, refine targeting

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance in Google Analytics, Ads Manager and internal dashboards

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations

Collaboration & Growth

• Work with sales, content and design teams to ensure brand consistency

• Stay on top of platform updates, emerging channels and best practices

Key Competency and Skills:

• 13 years’ hands-on experience running paid social and search campaigns

• Deep familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
