Job Title: Program Manager Rest of India (ROI) Team Location: Bangalore (Travel Required) Department: Regional Growth / Expansion / Operations Reports to: General Manager – Rest of India Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Program Manager to join our Rest of India (ROI) team . This role is critical in driving initiatives, partnerships, and programs that expand our reach and impact across Tier 2, 3, and rural geographies in India. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects that serve diverse communities and unlock growth outside of metro cities. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-city app launch plan, including timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and improve future rollouts. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multi-region rollouts. Travel to on-ground locations across ROI regions to oversee pilots, trainings, and partnerships. Design scalable project plans that address local needs, operational challenges, and growth targets. Monitor KPIs and build reporting mechanisms to track program outcomes and optimise delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, ops, marketing, field teams, etc.) to drive seamless execution. Establish and manage partnerships with local stakeholders, city teams, and other internal teams. Identify risks and roadblocks early; propose data-backed mitigation strategies. Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in program management, operations, or rural/field-based project execution. Strong experience working in or with non-metro regions of India. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting tools, and decision-making based on metrics. Willingness to travel extensively across ROI regions. Preferred Skills Prior experience in sectors like logistics, mobility, edtech, fintech, or associated industries.
