As a Program Manager at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your role will involve developing, defining, and executing plans of record. This includes creating schedules, budgets, allocating resources, managing deliverables, and identifying risks. You will be responsible for monitoring and driving the program from initiation through delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters as required. Your duties will also include monitoring budget/spending, ensuring on-time delivery, and achieving program milestones. It will be your responsibility to represent the program and drive alignment across stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the establishment of program goals and prioritizing deliverables under minimal supervision - Managing multiple small programs/technology with minimal complexity or a single program/technology with moderate complexity - Building and managing the execution of the Plan of Record for multiple small programs or a single medium-sized program - Tracking key metrics and providing early warnings for potential deviations - Coordinating the work of a small team on assigned tasks and maintaining progress tracking - Identifying program issues/risks and creating risk mitigation plans - Supporting team vision and objectives by motivating team members - Ensuring compliance with processes by following best practices and procedures In this role, you will be working under some supervision and making decisions that have low to moderate impact. You will be using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to others with limited knowledge. Additionally, you may need to exercise creativity, problem-solving skills, and planning to complete tasks effectively.
