Program Manager

Role Overview:

The Program Manager will lead, plan, and execute large-scale fintech programs .This role requires driving digital payment solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing multi-stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-impact outcomes within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program management for fintech initiatives (UPI, RuPay, BBPS, FASTag, AePS, etc.).
• Define program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk).
• Establish strong governance frameworkprogram reviews, progress tracking, risk mitigation.
• Engage with regulators (RBI, NPCI), banking partners, and fintech ecosystem stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships for technology and operational enablement.
• Report program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new digital payment solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 710 years of experience in program/project management; at least 5 years in fintech/payments domain.
• Knowledge of products and Indian payments ecosystem (UPI, IMPS, RuPay, AEPS, BBPS, NETC, etc.).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology/fintech transformation programs.
• Expertise in stakeholder management across banks, regulators, and technology partners.
• PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
