Position: Senior Power BI Developer Experience: 5 to 10 years Location: Nashik (Work from Office Mandatory) Joining: Immediate joiner preferred Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with 510 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of data visualization, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization techniques. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI. Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.). Develop and optimize DAX queries for performance and accuracy. Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance in all reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards. Assist in training and mentoring junior BI team members. Required Skills: 510 years of experience in BI and data analytics. Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL. Experience working with complex data models and large datasets. Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
