Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as F&B Service Associates at Zone By The Park Hotel. This role is ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of experience, offering a great opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is an advantage.
