Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Associate to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, including preparation and presentation, to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills, with accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
