Job Description

Job Summary:

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the restaurant or dining area. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized service area in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests courteously and assist them to their tables.
  • Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Ensure tables are properly set up before and after each service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations.
  • Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints politely.
  • Follow hotel SOPs for order taking, serving, and billing.
  • Assist in setting up buffets, events, or banquets as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
  • Follow grooming, safety, and hygiene standards of the property.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
