Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant or dining area staff.
  • Ensure smooth service operations and maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Assign tables, take orders, and ensure timely food and beverage service.
  • Train and guide wait staff and stewards on service standards and etiquette.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory of cutlery, crockery, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service etiquette.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
