Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food production and hospitality. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, ensure food quality, and maintain inventory control while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff in daily operations to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment. Oversee food production processes, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Address any kitchen-related issues or concerns promptly to maintain operational efficiency. Qualifications Kitchen Supervisor, minimum class XII passed, with preferably a degree or diploma on F&B production, at least 1 to 5 year experience working in a reputed hotel in the kitchen. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices in kitchen management. Proficient in food production techniques, food preparation methods, and safe food handling practices. Experience in bartending is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends. Salary 15-18K with PF & ESIC. Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Captain is responsible for supervising restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high standards of food service, guest satisfaction, and team coordination.
