Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an F&B Production - Tandoor / Chinese chef in Fortune Park.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high-quality food production standards in the tandoor and Chinese cuisine sections.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
Ensure all food is prepared safely and hygienically.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food production, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and ingredients.
Familiarity with Chinese cuisine and cooking methods.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail.
