Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our brand. This role will involve end-to-end management of diverse offline campaigns, encompassing print media such as national publications, offline campaign management, marketing calendar, ground activation initiatives, partnerships, voucher distribution, hoarding placements and other traditional marketing channels.
The ideal candidate will drive the planning, coordination and execution of these campaigns, ensuring a seamless blend to compliment online efforts to elevate brand visibility and foster deeper customer engagement across all offline platforms.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Offline Campaign Planning and Strategy:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives
· Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various direct mediums, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy
· Execution and design marketing campaigns and work on PR media channels
Media Buying and Negotiation (ATL/BTL activities):
· Research and identify appropriate media channels for different campaigns
· Negotiate with media partners, vendors and to secure the best rates and placements
Creative Content Development:
· Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials, including SMS messages, WhatsApp content, banners, print ads, radio scripts, flyers and hoarding designs
· Ensure that all content is on-brand and aligns with the company’s messaging
Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and track the performance of outbound sales efforts, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on results
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Business Development:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and potential partnerships that can drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s reach and presence in the market
Brand Management:
· Develop and execute the marketing calendar, reinforcing brand positioning and messaging, and ensuring consistency across touchpoints and campaigns
On-Ground Brand Visibility Analysis:
- Analyze and assess the visibility of the brand in our on-ground marketing efforts and events
- Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility through on-ground marketing campaigns and activities
Corporate Programs & relevant Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic corporate partnerships that align with the company’s objectives and values
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring mutual benefit and continued collaboration
· Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that meet the needs of both parties
Budget Management:
· Manage the budget for offline and online marketing activities and ensure cost-effective campaigns
· Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to the management
Offline Campaign Execution:
· Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including scheduling and placement of ads
· Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
· Should have worked for loyalty programs & community groups, TV and radio campaign strategies
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
· Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and implement targeted marketing strategies
· Develop and execute personalized customer retention campaigns to enhance customer loyalty
Market Research and Analysis:
· Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior related to offline and online marketing channels
· Analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Tracking and Reporting:
· Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
· Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to the management team
Team Management:
· Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support and mentorship
· Ensure that team members are aligned with the brand’s goals and objectives
Market Expansion:
· Research and identify new market opportunities, both geographically and demographically
· Develop strategies to expand the brand’s presence into new markets
Competitor Analysis:
· Regularly analyze competitor marketing strategies, identifying strengths and weaknesses
· Use this information to adapt and improve your marketing efforts
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration. A master’s degree is a plus.

· Strong understanding of traditional advertising channels, including print media, radio, outdoor advertising, PR, ATL/BTL activities flyer distribution, voucher distribution and hoarding management
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas
· Proficiency in marketing software and tools for campaign management and analysis
· Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
· Should speak English fluently
