Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B GSA in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Assist in planning menus and developing new recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and control waste disposal, minimizing environmental impact.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
