Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Captain to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve efficient service delivery.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all food and beverage areas.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor and control food and beverage costs to stay within budget.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is desirable.
