DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Reporting and collaborate with the factory team, accounting and information analysis to refine production metrics to accurately and meaningfully reflect work center activities and performance to enable adjustments to actives to improve performance.

· Achieving profitability by providing clear daily production goals and support to make sure every supervisor is safely meeting production, quality and efficiency goal daily.

· Review Operation and confer with the technical team to resolve critical and bottleneck issues affecting the production.

· Setting Production standard, Examining the samples of raw product or directing testing during processing to ensure finished product are of prescribed quality.

· Preparing Production reports

· Preparing Operational reports for management analysis and also inform about the risk

· Used TQM Concepts and 5S Techniques of production

· Maintaining the shop floor workmen discipline through implementing management policies and procedures.

· Possesses excellent interpersonal analytical, trouble shooting and team building skills with proven ability in establishing quality system /procedures and managing resources.

· Implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of raw material, manpower, and machine utilization .

QC MANAGEMENT:

· Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards

· Producing statistical reports on quality standards

· Improving production efficiency and managing waste

· Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.

· Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production

· Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality

· Rejecting products that fail quality standards

· Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues

· Quality executive responsibilities also include them having to look into customer complaints

· Production Quality tests as per the Customer Specifications & Product design standards

· Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards

· Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct

· Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements

· Develop your own production strategy by finding ways to improve efficiency while simultaneously promoting sales

· They are responsible for planning and inspecting the products and everything in between them to ensure their quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
