Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled R&D & Ayurvedic Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for research, testing, formulations and documentation of Ayurvedic products to support regulatory approvals and product innovation. You will ensure all analytical data complies with FDA regulations, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and internal quality standards. This role is essential in driving product development and maintaining regulatory readiness through precise and timely documentation. The ideal candidate must hold a valid FDA-approved certificate for Ayurvedic food products. Key Responsibilities: Conduct chemical analysis using standard laboratory techniques and instruments to support research and formulation activities. Perform analytical testing and maintain documentation related to raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. You will be responsible for R&D, formulation, and product development in accordance with internal innovation and compliance objectives. Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant safety protocols in all laboratory activities. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with FDA and internal regulatory requirements. Contribute to the preparation, submission, and review of technical documentation required for FDA compliance and other regulatory bodies.
