Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production/Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes, maintain quality standards, and drive efficiency while leading the factory team. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and control the production process to meet demand and delivery schedules. Manage end-to-end factory operations including raw material planning, production scheduling, and manpower allocation. Ensure adherence to quality control standards, food safety regulations, and industry compliances. Monitor production costs, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with procurement, quality, R&D, and logistics teams for seamless workflow. Maintain all factory equipment and oversee preventive maintenance schedules. Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve production goals. Implement best practices for process optimization and workplace safety. Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management.
