Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing operations, from production and packaging to dispatch and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the factory, maintain process efficiency, uphold quality standards, and meet production deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage production, operations, packaging, and dispatch operations to meet daily and monthly targets. Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials and packaging supplies. Monitor and optimize production efficiency, reduce wastage, and ensure cost control. Maintain updated process documentation, SOPs, and production records. Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure on-time deliveries to customers/distributors. Enforce quality and hygiene standards as per company and FSSAI norms. Lead, train, and motivate production and packing staff for better performance. Ensure machine maintenance schedules are followed to prevent downtime. Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchase and sales teams for smooth workflow. Identify process improvement areas and implement lean manufacturing practices.
