Job Summary: The Billing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing bills for steel sheets transactions using Gaba software. This role will require basic English and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Billing: Create and process invoices for steel sheet sales using Gaba software. Ensure accuracy of billing information, including product quantities, rates, and taxes. Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner. Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment. Data Entry: Enter sales data into Gaba software accurately and efficiently. Maintain updated customer and product information in the system. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and invoicing. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies. Reporting: Generate monthly and weekly billing reports as required. Assist in the preparation of financial statements. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 12th pass. Basic English language skills. Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel). Ability to learn and use Gaba software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Benefits: Competitive salary. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Field Sales Representative to be the face of Hans Steels to our customers. This role is highly field-intensive and involves a blend of sales generation, customer service, and operational support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring material quality, and assisting with various logistical and administrative tasks to ensure seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify and pursue new sales leads within the Faridabad region and surrounding industrial areas. Conduct cold calls and visits to potential clients (e.g., fabrication units, construction companies, small manufacturers) to understand their steel requirements. Present Hans Steels' products and services effectively, highlighting our quality and competitive advantages. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Field Work & Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit existing clients to maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Travel extensively within the designated territory to meet clients and prospects. Material Quality Assurance: On occasion, assist in preliminary visual checks of material quality at the factory or client site to ensure it meets customer specifications before dispatch or upon delivery. Report any quality discrepancies immediately to the factory manager. Payment Collection & Cheque Delivery: Collect payments from clients as per agreed terms, including picking up cheques from customer locations. Ensure timely delivery of collected cheques to the Hans Steels office.
