With a passion for quality and taste, we are expanding our team and looking for a Food Technician who can contribute to product innovation, quality assurance, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and testing new spice blends, sauces, and seasoning mixes. Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and stability testing. Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.). Support R&D in ingredient selection, formulation, and process optimization. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from lab to factory. Maintain detailed records of trials, formulations, and quality checks. Troubleshoot production challenges and recommend improvements. Lead the production
