Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute & optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart & YouTube. Own complete funnel: awareness → acquisition → retention. Drive CAC down & ROAS up with creative testing, targeting & bidding strategies. Collaborate with design/content team to create high-performing ads. Track daily spends, report KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, AOV). Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, audience cohorts. Stay updated with performance marketing trends, tools, and hacks. Requirements: 2–5 years of performance marketing experience (D2C / FMCG / eCommerce preferred). Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon & Flipkart Ads. Strong analytical skills – Excel, GA4, attribution tools. Ability to manage ₹50k–₹5L monthly budgets with accountability. Startup mindset: ownership, speed, experimentation.
