Production Manager

Job Summary

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities in woven sack and blown film departments.
• Monitor and optimize machine performance for lamination, printing, cutting, and stitching operations.
• Manage blown film extrusion operations, including film gauge control, mixing ratios, and roll quality.
• Implement and maintain production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of extrusion and weaving machines.
• Ensure consistent product quality, minimize wastage, and maintain standard operating parameters.
• Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement in efficiency, yield, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Manage, train, and motivate production staff and operators to achieve performance targets.
• Liaise with quality, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth workflow across departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, or Plastics Engineering.
• 7-12 years of experience in PP woven sack and/or blown film manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of extrusion, lamination, printing, and bag conversion processes.
• Proven experience in team management, process optimization, and production planning.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO specifications.
