Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Factory Manager from the Food Industry (mandatory), preferably with strong experience in Spices, Sauces, and Dehydrated Vegetables & Fruits manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling factory operations independently, ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining high-quality standards at all times. Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end factory operations and ensure daily activities run efficiently. Manage production line-up, manpower planning, and process optimization. Ensure accurate documentation, batch records, and production reports. Stay up to date about all factory activities including procurement, inventory, machinery, hygiene, safety, and dispatches. Maintain strict quality standards, hygiene protocols, and compliance with food safety norms. Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow — production, QA/QC, maintenance, purchase & logistics. Implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely raw material planning. Handle audits, certifications, and ensure regulatory compliance. Take full ownership of overall operations, including troubleshooting day-to-day challenges.
