Job Title: Factory Manager – Wooden Furniture Manufacturing

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily wooden furniture production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and consistency
• Lead, supervise, and schedule factory production teams; manage team performance
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high production standards
• Meet and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and timelines
• Maintain factory machinery and ensure all equipment and tools are in safe and working condition
• Coordinate with design and project teams to align production with project requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of woodworking, joinery, and furniture-making techniques
• Proficiency in handling woodworking machinery and tools
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills in a factory or workshop setting
• Excellent problem-solving and on-the-spot decision-making abilities
• Sound understanding of quality assurance procedures and production documentation
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for managing workers and liaising with departments
• Awareness of industrial safety standards and operational protocols

Preferred Background:

• Candidates with prior experience in interior design projects, construction, carpentry workshops, or wooden fixture production are highly preferred
• Experience working with luxury or custom furniture production will be an added advantage
