Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team at the AC Market office. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales/design team. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Explain company services and generate interest in interior design offerings.
• Schedule appointments and forward leads to the sales/design team.
• Maintain call records and update client databases.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.
• Support marketing and sales efforts through follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
• 0–2 years of telecalling /customer service experience.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Pleasant voice, polite attitude, and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of interior/design services is an added advantage.
• Female candidates preferred.
