Location - Sewri / Mumbai


Compensation - upto 25k


Key Responsibilities

1.

HR Operations & Employee Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Handle grievance redressal and maintain positive employee relations on the shop floor.
2.

Compliance & Statutory

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, ESIC, PF etc.).
  • Coordinate with statutory authorities and handle inspections/audits.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and timely submission of returns.

Performance & Development

  • Assist in performance management processes (appraisals, feedback sessions, skill assessments).
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for workers and staff.
  • Support in building a culture of discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.
4.

Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Ensure effective implementation of health, safety, and welfare measures.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct regular Health & Safety training programs

    for workers and staff.
  • Organize awareness programs on workplace safety and employee well-being.
  • Manage canteen, transport, and other welfare facilities.
  • Prepare and maintain minutes of the quarterly health, safety & welfare committee meetings

    and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
5.

Engagement & Communication

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, and communication forums.
  • Promote cordial industrial relations and support harmonious work environment.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices in a factory setup.
  • Excellent people management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.
  • Good communication (English, Hindi, and local language).
  • Ability to work with diverse workforce at shop floor and management levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a

    manufacturing / factory environment
