Job Title: Time Office/ Payroll Executive We are seeking a Time Office/ Payroll Executive with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing unit. Track overtime, late coming, and absenteeism for accurate payroll inputs. Maintain and update employee attendance data in HRMS / Time Office software. Ensure proper functioning of biometric/attendance systems. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management. Support payroll team with attendance reconciliation. Handle employee queries related to attendance, shifts, and leaves. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Requirements: Graduate with 2 years of experience in time office. Strong communication and coordination skills. Key Skills Required: Hands-on experience with biometric/time office systems.
