PCB – Manual Insertion Supervisors

We are seeking experienced PCB Supervisors with strong leadership skills and hands-on expertise in manual insertion of electronic components. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing production shifts and supervising shop floor operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma in electronics
• Experience: Minimum 4 to6 years in EMS or LED Lighting Industry, specifically in PCB Assembly & Manual Insertion process.

Key Responsibilities

• Capable to handle the team of 50 people.
• Capable to achieve the desire productivity.
• To improve the process quality and maintain the quality standard.
• To work process cost efficiency.
• Implement and monitor 5S activities on the shop floor
• Capable to coordinates with planning, stores, and supplier and customers (Internal). Strong knowledge of electronic components
• Capable to analyses the quality issues and take corrective and preventive action.
• Capable to train the operators and subordinates.
• To monitor and maintain the WIP.
• Capable to plan the day-to-day production plan with respect to material availability and material shortages.
• Perform BOM verification, component checking, and PCB assembly repairs
