Job Description: IQC Engineer Location: Satpur, Nashik Experience: Engineer 2-3 Yrs, Diploma – 3-4 Yrs. Reporting to: Quality Manager Qualification: Engineer (Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication) or relevant field. We follow best practices in the industry. Job Responsibilities: 1. IQC are responsible for inspection of raw material received at factory, supplier improvements, and gathering raw material feedback, engaging with customers for audits. 2. Supervising and organizing the daily work schedule of the IQC to achieve agreed timelines. 3. Monitor the quality of raw materials that are used in production with the help of lot rejection analysis, top worst suppliers' improvements, audits, OS&D material analysis 4. Define and develop various quality test plans/workflow for raw material testing in coordination with the cross functional teams and superior for new materials. 5. Involvement in supplier communication, audits and ensure compliance. 6. Follow up with appropriate cross functional teams for non-compliances and get resolve the problems related to IQC area. 7. Conduct the supplier audits & take necessary action with cross functional team & suppliers for improvement. 8. Conduct the reliability testing where ever necessary. 9. Ensure the completion and maintain of various documents/ records related to work area such as ROHS, data sheets, test certificates, inspection records etc 10. Ensure implementation of action plans against RTV failure & customer complaints in relevant area. Key Skills required: 1. Hands on experience on various raw material inspection like electronics components, plastic, packing material, mechanical parts etc. 2. Supplier Auditing skills 3. Required working knowledge in electronics manufacturing industry. 4. Basic Knowledge of powder coating, die casting process is advantage. 5. Experience in LED manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
