Store Executive

Position: Store Executive
Location: Nashik – Satpur

Experience: -3–6 years in an Electronics Stores Department
Qualification: Any Graduate (Diploma in Electronics/Electrical preferred)

Preferred Candidate:

· 4–5 years of experience handling electronic engineering components in a stores department.

Job Responsibilities:

· Monitor and document incoming/outgoing materials, including FG and RM kitting, with timely GRN preparation as per SOP.

· Maintain records and communicate receipt of excess material compared to PO.

· Operate SAP/Odoo or similar ERP systems efficiently.

· Lead a team of 8–10 staff across various store functions.

· Receive, verify, and store materials as per purchase orders.

· Ensure physical stock matches ERP records and resolve discrepancies.

· Return non-conforming materials.

· Issue materials to manufacturing based on requisitions.

· Update stock records, bin cards, and prepare ERP-based stock statements.

· Maintain MIS records and manage dispatch activities.

· Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous, flammable etc

· Handle vehicle loading/unloading and logistics as per safety protocols.

· Plan and issue BOM materials and consumables in coordination with the store team and production team

· Report material shortages daily to Plant Head and as well as Store Head,

· Requirements:

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Ability to manage inventory and materials effectively.

· Background in electronic engineering components preferred.
