Store Executive

With a strong commitment to quality, hygiene, and timely delivery, we are looking for a dedicated Store Executive to efficiently manage our inventory and store operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and prevent shortages or overstocking. Handle material receipts, inspections, and proper storage as per company standards. Coordinate with the production and purchase departments for material requirements. Ensure proper issuance of raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials to respective departments. Maintain and update inventory in Excel Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation with accounts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Prepare and submit daily / weekly stock reports to management. Assist in logistics and dispatch planning for customer orders. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Store Management or Supply Chain). 2–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing unit. Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
