Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preparing returnable and non-returnable delivery challans in SAP.
Posting issues in SAP (except for Compounds, Master batches, Pigments and Wires).
Job work activity of TCL material such as Job work invoice preparation and dispatch of material and reconciliation of JW material received from TCL.
Disposal of Expired shelf life materials as and when required.
Conducting physical stock verification on a monthly basis.
Preparation of sales invoice for RM to TCL if required.
Follow-up on FIFO while issuing materials to production.
Maintaining safety measures at the work place neat and clean.
Active participation in 5S, Kaizen & Integrated Management Systems.
Providing timely information to HOD regarding shortages and minimum stock level.
Responsible for adhering to IMS Procedures and to following all applicable safety rules and precautions.
Verification of materials Identification and traceability labels & FIFO methods.
Conducting periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
