Job Description

Job title: STORE EXECUTIVE

Location: Kolkata

*Need both fresher and Experience candidates

About the role:

Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction 3.Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
Train and supervise store staff
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate Commerce Degree Holder
Fresher & Experienced both are welcomed
Experienced:- 2-3 years or more of experience of Store executive
Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role
Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Customer service-oriented mindset
Attention to detail
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
