As an Intern at Graviss Food Private Limited, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Sampling and analyzing finished products (ice-cream) and semi-finished products to ensure quality standards are met. - Ensuring the quality of raw material, packing material, and finished food products by conducting regular inspections. - Inspecting plant hygiene and personal hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) training sessions to educate staff on best practices. - Documenting online production line activities, all chemical testing reports, training sessions, and other relevant documents for record-keeping. - Working in third-party production as a Quality Assurance (QA) and production officer to oversee quality control processes.
