Job description To perform detailed study on Bottle neck Machines Running time& Idle time and arrive at Machine Overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE). To identify improvements based on IE study and cost saving through Kaizens projects. Generate corrective/Improvement actions for improving machine output and efficiency. To facilitate knowledge sharing by seeking out and initiating best practice sharing and benchmarking throughout the group. Co-ordinate with maintenance team and implement corrective actions for increasing machine output. Support in data collection for various Quality circles projects
