Outshiny's expansion strategy includes its inhouse direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, "Arctic Fox" launched in 2018, which offers a variety of lifestyle and consumer electronic products Location- Kodigehalli ( North Bangalore) Looking for Female Candidate Office Timing:9 am to 6pm ( Second and Fourth Saturday Holiday) Job summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager for our corporate office to oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure HR policies align with our business goals, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and manage all employee-related issues from recruitment to talent management.Responsibilities Strategic leadership : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Recruitment and talent acquisition : Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Employee relations : Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee queries and concerns. Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and address employee relations issues to maintain a harmonious workplace. Performance management : Oversee the performance appraisal system, providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees to drive high performance and career development. Compensation and benefits : Administer and manage the company's compensation structure and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with labor laws. HR policies and compliance : Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Training and development : Identify organizational training needs and design or coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, leadership, and overall professional growth. Employee engagement and retention : Implement initiatives and programs designed to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. HR administration : Manage essential administrative tasks, including payroll support, maintaining HR information systems (HRIS), and handling employee termination procedures. Qualifications MSW (Master of Social Work) in Human Resources or other degrees with extensive experience in Human Resources Role. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in another senior HR role. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Required skills Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Leadership : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals. Problem-solving : Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex workplace issues effectively.
