The EMS Store Executive will be responsible for handling all store and inventory operations related to the EMS division, including material management, stock maintenance, vendor coordination, and dispatch tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in storekeeping, material handling, and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure zero variance. Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for material flow. Monitor incoming and outgoing materials for EMS vendors. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and safety of materials. Handle documentation for inward/outward goods and vendor returns. Support dispatch planning and logistics coordination. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
