Job Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day store operations including inventory management, billing, customer service, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
  • Handle POS operations billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Ensure proper store display and cleanliness.
  • Greet customers, handle queries, and provide product assistance.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with accounts team.
  • Adhere to company policies, security, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • 1- 3 years of experience in retail/store operations.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and customer handling.
  • Good communication and multitasking skills.
