Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Executive based in Pune. The Store Executive will be responsible for day-to-day retail operations, managing customer inquiries, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves executing sales strategies, building rapport with customers, and ensuring smooth transactional and store management processes. Collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and support customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries.
Proficiency in Retail and Sales operations to manage inventory, execute sales strategies, and achieve targets.
Basic understanding of Commerce and business operations, with the ability to handle transactions accurately.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage store operations effectively.
Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for inventory and sales management is an advantage.
Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
