Key Responsibilities (Full-Time Role)

✔ Conduct daily laboratory experiments under supervision

✔ Maintain accurate records of research data

✔ Prepare samples and operate basic lab equipment

✔ Follow strict safety and quality control protocols

✔ Assist senior researchers in project documentation

✔ Work 40-45 hours per week (fixed schedule)

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory:

• BSc degree in [Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemistry] (2023 or 2024 passouts preferred)
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety procedures
• Willingness to commit to full-time work

Preferred (but not required):

• 3-6 months of lab internship experience
• Knowledge of [specific techniques/instruments]
