Junior Executive – AFR/RDF Business Development

🔸 What You’ll Do

• Support BD team in identifying new business opportunities with cement plants
• Coordinate with operations & logistics teams for smooth RDF dispatches
• Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and key account support
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain CRM data
• Conduct basic market research and track business metrics
• Work cross-functionally with other BD verticals to support strategic initiatives

🔸 What We’re Looking For

• 0.5–2 years’ experience in BD, operations, logistics, or industrial sales
• Strong communication, coordination & documentation skills
• Good command of MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Business, or related fields
