Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative Hindi located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers in Hindi. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Proficiency in Hindi and excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
