Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Executive located in Tiruppur. The Store Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, assist customers with inquiries and purchases, maintain inventory, and ensure the store is organized and fully stocked. The role involves providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and contributing to sales growth by proactively engaging customers and suggesting products. The Store Executive will also collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and uphold store policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills with the ability to assist and engage with a diverse customer base.
• Retail and sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with commerce-related tasks, including inventory management and transaction processing.
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Previous experience in a retail or store management role is an advantage.
