We are seeking a Time Office/ Payroll Executive with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.
• Track overtime, late coming, and absenteeism for accurate payroll inputs.
• Maintain and update employee attendance data in HRMS / Time Office software.
• Ensure proper functioning of biometric/attendance systems.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management.
• Support payroll team with attendance reconciliation.
• Handle employee queries related to attendance, shifts, and leaves.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2 years of experience in time office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with biometric/time office systems.
• Knowledge of leave management, shifts, and payroll inputs.
• Good MS Excel & data management skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
