Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage
Time Office functions
including attendance monitoring, leave records, and overtime management.
Oversee
factory administration
such as housekeeping, security, transport, and other support services.
Handle
employee relations
, grievances, and disciplinary matters as per company policies.
Coordinate and ensure
compliance with statutory requirements
(PF, ESIC, Factory Act, labor laws, etc.).
Prepare and maintain
HR records
, manpower reports, and monthly MIS.
Support
recruitment and onboarding
for factory-level positions.
Ensure
smooth conduct of social, compliance, and other audits
, and timely closure of NCs (non-conformities).
Implement and monitor
health, safety, and welfare measures
for employees.
Liaise with
local authorities
and government departments when required.
Promote positive work culture and support employee engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in
manufacturing / factory HR operations
.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws, statutory compliance, and social audit requirements
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
