Factory HR

We are looking for Qualified HR from Bangalore/Hosur for our Manufacturing plant located at ATTIBELE,INDUSTRIAL AREA, ANEKAL TALUK, BANGALORE, KA This is an immediate requirement.

Should have 3+prior work experience in Manufacturing industry or Factory and strong knowledge in labor laws in Compliance handling. Six days of working.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labor management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• All sort of register handling with respect to Karnataka factory - Form 14, Form 15.
• All the registration Annual return Handling - PoSH, Factory Return, LWF, PF, ESI
• Experience in handling annual and half yearly factory return, bonus return.
• Handling of Apprentice Recruitment
• Handling various recruitment.
• Ensure proper grievance redressal, Licensee renewal and other HR-related matters.
• Monitoring staff performance and labour performance.
• Efficient in handling employee onboarding and induction.
• Attendance and Payroll maintenance.
• Vendor Management.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of contract labor management, Workmen handling, disciplinary action procedures, factory HR practices.
• Experience in handling various audits.
• Should have 2-4 years Experience and prior work experience in Manufacturing industry or Factory.
• Communication skills - English , Kannada, Tamil
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Immediate joiner only preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
