Job Description

The Executive Factory HR will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR processes related to factory and workshop employees. This includes recruitment, attendance, compliance, welfare, and engagement. Your role is crucial in supporting smooth factory operations and ensuring that blue-collar employees work in a structured, compliant, and motivated environment. Your ideal background includes hands-on experience with labor laws, on-ground HR administration, and worker management in a fashion or manufacturing setup. Your key responsibilities will involve managing end-to-end HR operations for factory/workshop employees. This includes tasks such as onboarding, documentation, ID generation, and exits. You will also oversee attendance, shift management, leave tracking, and wage inputs using biometric and ERP systems. Ensuring compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, and maintaining all statutory records and documentation will be a significant part of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for addressing grievances and resolving worker-related issues in coordination with the production and admin teams. Implementing employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and basic training initiatives tailored to factory staff will also be part of your duties. Supporting audits, inspections, and documentation required for factory HR compliance and third-party assessments is another crucial aspect of your role. You will need to maintain updated HR MIS for blue-collar employees, including attrition, manpower status, and workforce movement. Working closely with security and admin teams to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth functioning of factory premises is essential. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of labor law compliance and statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, and minimum wages. Hands-on experience in managing blue-collar or workshop employees and HR admin responsibilities is required. Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to engage effectively with factory teams. A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Labor Welfare, or Industrial Relations would be beneficial for this position.,
